Assistant Director: Jamie L. Staley, LPTA
Jamie graduated from the PTA program at SJC. She has since worked at the SJRMC Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. Jamie works with adults and older children with a variety of physical and neurological disabilities. Jamie loves children and enjoys seeing and helping people try new things using her knowledge and skill as a PTA to enrich lives. 

Camp Director: Katie Ashley PT, DPT
Katie a native to Farmington, has a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNM. She has a variety of pediatric experience including outpatient, aquatic therapy and public schools. She has experience working with a diverse population of physical disabilities. Katie is thrilled to be a part of this community changing event.

Volunteer Coordinator:
Janelle Montoya,  LPTA

Janelle was born and raised in the Four Corners. She graduated locally from the PTA program at SJC. Her background includes working with adults and pediatrics. She currently works for SJRMC Outpatient Pediatrics. Janelle works with children with disabilities including but not limited to: Autisim Spectrum Disorder, CVA's, TBI's, CP, Chromosomal defects, gross motor delays and a variety of orthopedic conditions.  Her main goal is helping children achieve their developmental milestones and assist them with living their lives to the fullest.

Meet Our Team!

Minnie Cordova Rehab Technician
Minnie has had over 6 years hands on experience as a rehab technician in the adult as well as the pediatric setting. Minnie assists with Physical Therapy sessions motivating and encouraging our kiddo's to do their very best with her fun and outgoing attitude.  

Amanda Morrison-Thrower, OTR
Amanda is an Occupational Therapist at SJRMC since 2004 treating adult and pediatric patients with a focus on neurlogical rehab and hand therapy. On her free time Amanda enjoys adaptive sports, bicycling, skiing, and kayaking. 

Maygen Carey 

Maygen Carey is a full time mother of two and Co-Founder of Wittens-Warriors Foundation along with husband Steffan.

Maygen graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. 

Wittens Warriors was founded after Maygens son Witten was diagnosed with CP at the age of 2. Their foundation has fundraised over $174,000 for the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation since 2012. They have now come together to bring Destination: Inspiration! Adaptive sports camp to the Farmington area. Maygen is excited to not only be helping bring the camp to Farmington for her son Witten but for so many local children with adaptive needs!

Kori Wilson
With years of previous experience as a nurses assistant, Koris' passion is helping people. Kori loves volunteering where she is needed. She has a great love of children and sports of all kinds. Kori could not wait to be a part of bringing this huge opportunity to the children of our community.  

Jeff Hoehn, MPA

Jeff has served as the Executive Director of the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation since 2013. Before coming to CTHF, he worked as a Development Director for a local nonprofit organization. Prior to moving to NM from the Washington DC area, Jeff worked at a counsulting firm assisting nonprofit organizations with public relations.  He holds a Masters of Public Administration from UNM. Today he presents at conferences and seminars on topics including adaptive sports and disability awareness. 

Amy Ingram
Amy is native to Farmington, NM she graduated from Farmington High in 1997 and from SJC in 2005 with an AA in Early Childhood Education. Amy has experience as a nursing assistant and currently works as a rehab tech with children of all ages with disabilities at the SJRMC Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Center.
